5. License to Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased templates for your one-time personal or internal business purpose.

You may:

  • Use and modify the template for a single transaction

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, distribute, or share templates

  • Use templates to create competing products or services

  • Make templates publicly available in any format

  • Use a template for more than one transaction

All rights, title, and interest in the templates remain with Equine Steward.

6. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While our templates are designed with care and industry awareness, Equine Steward makes no warranties regarding:

  • Legal sufficiency or enforceability

  • Suitability for any particular transaction

  • Outcomes resulting from their use

In all circumstances, Equine Steward’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Equine Steward and its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your use or misuse of the templates

  • Your modification or application of the templates

  • Any disputes, claims, or legal matters involving your agreements

10. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration

In the interest of efficiency and mutual respect, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Services shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except as otherwise required by law.

  • Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action.

  • You expressly waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

  • The arbitration shall be administered by a recognized arbitration provider and conducted in the State of Tennessee, unless otherwise required by law.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Equine Steward reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

11. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including templates, text, branding, logos, and design elements, is the exclusive property of Equine Steward and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

13. Acceptable Use
